My second product : Double Chocolate Brownie

Assalamu'alaikum...

I got my postage filled with Moringa cuts - 10 of them, nicely packed and cut but no, that is not my second product.

My second product is this , as the title on the post says.

Here's the recipe I used for the first sold brownie. I used 10" x 10" mould, cut to 50 pcs but I think  this fits best on 9" x 9", cut into 45pcs.

1 cup butter (I used 227gm unsalted butter)
5 ounces, unsweetened chocolate (I used 150gm dark chocolate)
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (I used US cocoa powder, sold locally)
2 cups sugar (I used brown sugar)
1 tbsp vanilla essence
3 whole large eggs
1-1/4 cup ap flour
3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips (I added upon putting batter in the oven)

Double boil the butter and chocolate, sprinkle the cocoa powder and let cool for about 5 mins.
Add sugar until smooth, put in the vanilla essence.
One at a time, stir in the eggs.
Add in the flour till incorporated, add the choc chips till just combined.
Pour in the greased tin line with baking paper (put extra baking paper so you could use this baking paper to unmould the finished brownies later)
Sprinkle with the butterscotch chips evenly.
Bake at 185C for about 40 - 55 mins, insert a toothpick and it should comes out little gooey, should be ok.
Let cool and cut as desired.

Selling price : RM40 for 9" x 9"
