Inspiration : Mini Delights

I bought this book when I went out with my prince. And, it's worth it!! Every night I've been sleeping with (literally!!) it.

For this recipe, I don't really follow the recipe in this book. I followed the way it's being carried out ; the outcome of almost the same recipe.

Drizzle with chocolate or honey..... Have a memorable breakfast ya!!

The recipe :

1c plain ap flour
1 tsp baking powder

Mix both ing and sift

Add in 1 and 1/2 tbsp sugar

1c fresh milk
1 egg
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Mix with dry ing and mix well

Use  non stick pan, pour in 1 tbsp batter. Let cook on side (until you see little bubble appears at the edge), flip and cook the other side.

Serve warm.

*Note : the batter can be prepared earlier and can be put in the refrigerator - a day ahead.
You can also add blueberries or strawberries.
