Here's d recipe :
Bottom part :
1 1/2 c glutinous rice - I used nona brand
1 1/4 c light coconut milk
Pinch of salt
2/3 stripes of screwpine leaves
soak d glutinous rice for an hour
Mix with everything n steam for 30 mins
Top part :
3/4c wheat flour
3 tbsp corn flour
1 tbsp custard flour
250ml thick coconut milk
200 ml water
3/4c brown sugar
1 egg
mix everything till smooth
sieve n divide evenly to 2 portions
add 1/3 tsp pandan paste to one portion
Take out the steamed glutinous rice and put in a greased baking tin 8" x 8"
Press it so it fits nicely
prick d top of it and pour d plain custard batter n steam for 7 mins
prick d top.of this layer n pour d pandan batter
steam for 10 mins n avoid water vapour by putting cloth
on the steamer cover
Bring to cool and cut with plastic knife
