A recipe I've never tried.
My family's favourite : Butter prawn
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp butter
10 fresh big sized prawns
curry leaves
red chilli, slice
1 tbsp milk
salt and sugar to taste
Pour in butter on a heated skillet, pour in the egg yolk, keep stirring so it goes to ribbon look. Cook until produce gold colour, Set aside.
Using a little bit more butter, fry the chilli, curry leaves, add in salt, add the milk then add the prawns until fully cook. Put in a serving plate, pour the fried egg on it, sprinkle with a little sugar.
Ready to eat!!!
