Mark another way of getting ready to get out from my comfort zone.

Eggless Chocolate Cuppies

Dry Ingredients :

1 & 1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder (I used Van Houten)
1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate (bicarbonate soda)
1/2 teaspoon salt
(Mix thoroughly)

Wet Ingredients :

1/2 cup vegetable oil (I used corn oil)
1 cup warm water (I mix 3/4 cup water at room temp to 1/4 cup hot water)
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
1 tablespoon vinegar
(Mix together)

Preheat oven -  350F/177C
Pour the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mix together.
Pour in cupcake casing - about 3/4 cup
Bake for 350F/177C for 20 mins - mine was on 170C for 25 mins
Let cool after baking

Can use any topping you desire.
