I spoilt the intention of doing surprise birthday bash for one of us last week. And at the same time kept thinking of the cake I longed for during our visit to the cafe.
Tried hard and pray too that this would be a wonderful cake for a 2nd surprise for our friend. Alhamdulillah, it turns out good.
The cake is choc moist cake with these ingredients :
300g AP flour
100g serbuk koko
1 st BP
1 st BS
4 bj telur (original 3 eggs size A)
400g gula
1 st esen vanila
250ml susu cair (saya guna susu segar)
250ml minyak jagung
250ml air panas
The filling
375ml whip cream
1 tbsp Nutella spread
120g roasted hazelnuts chunk
Topping
150ml ganache
50g callebaout dark choc button
1 pack strawberry
1 pack bluberry
200g mixed nuts choc
Alhamdulillah ....everyone loves it.
