There will be a birthday bash for Jan and Feb babies for gurls in the office. I'm asked to bake a bit, I hope I can fulfill the trust.
I always start with imagination, normally a baking project starts with an order. I will ask my customer on their preference and at the same time, telling them my way of doing things too.
1) I don't really like to use much colouring, try at my level best to make things natural,
2) Will ask how actually the customer want to have - on their cake, and
3) Finally things will be on my imagination.
So, here's one for the next celebration, and I'm buying things this afternoon.
Really hope this will materialised, Allah, please give me the strength. Ameen.
Managed to do this, but, only 2 layers and that weigh about 3kg!!

2) Hazelnut cream with hazelnut chunks
